Background: Nan = Nan Keohane, President of the University.

Nan was a regular runner. Near the end of each school year, she would host a "Run with Nan", where people would join her to run from West Campus to East Campus and back. After all of the drastic policy changes of that particular school year, the backlash was getting pretty ugly, and I wondered what the future would bring. (See Related Article.)
